Complete CD packaging design for an existing recording by Heather Dale: The Road to Santiago. Heather Dale's work is modern folk with overtones of rock and pop, and highly eclectic in terms of the sources she draws from- including not only a broad range of European influences but also various native cultures. I strove for both elegance and cultural significance in my layouts, creating a variety of symbols based on different historical patterns and alternating between black, white, and red in my palette.
