Front and back cover art for a CD package design project. The name of the band (We Are Scientists) combined with the almost sophomoric energy and enthusiasm of their music suggested to me the creation of a world based on a high-school lab, with layers of acrylic paint suggesting alternately parking-lot graffiti and chalkboard diagrams, and modern sybols recreating a periodic table of the elements.
