Created for the NY Society of Illustrators benefit for students effected by Hurricane Katrina. I chose to depict the tragedy through the eyes of a child, looking down as her life floats away. The style is deliberately simplistic and childlike. Original drawing was Pen and Ink on bristol paper and color was added in Adobe Photoshop.
